IRBA LOCAL affiliated Clubs:  If your club will be represented at the General Membership Meeting, please remember to send a signed letter of intent with your club's designated representative that will then allow he or she to vote on your club's behalf regarding any issue that may require a vote. Remember that your club's IRBA memberships must be current in order to participate in any vote taken.

Please take a minute to either drop an email (or make a phone call) to your club members to let them know of the scheduled date and time (Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 1:00 PM.) This will then allow those who would like to be present, the opportunity to attend.  Please remember that the club delegate will be voting for all of members who have their IRBA membership through that particular local affiliated club.

Any individual paid IRBA voting members will vote on their own behalf provided their membership is current at the time of the meeting.
